We have a three (3) night minimum stay in our Family, King and Queen Cottages. Our Deluxe Cottage has a four (4) night minimum stay.

Botanica is not on the beach but located directly across the street from the Seven Mile Public Beach and Park. The swimming here is fantastic, crystal clear water and powdery white sand.

We are located at the end of the Seven Mile Corridor, some more central locations on Seven Mile Beach would be better accessed by a car. View the Location tab to see our distance in relation to nearby amenities.
Yes, just be aware that we drive on the left. We have many junctions that use a round-about.
Absolutely. We ask guests to specify that groceries be delivered between 11am and 2pm on the date of your arrival so we can ensure they are safely stowed in your cottage. Get in touch with us to see what your grocery and meal delivery options are.
Yes, your cottage comes with a full set of bed linens and a spare in the closet, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen linens. We are able to have the sofa bed made up with linens before you arrive if needed. If you would like to have sleeper sofa linens just in case, let us know and we will ensure they are in your cottage for your arrival.
Enjoy the flexibility of brewing your favorite K-cup or your preferred ground coffee in a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker. We provide coffee pods and local company Paradise Coffee ground beans, dairy and non-dairy creamer, and sugar. Our coffee maker comes with easy step by step instructions so you can enjoy your preferred brew as soon as you rise. All cottages also have a French press for those who prefer a simpler brewing method.

It is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport (airport code GCM) to Botanica.
No, Botanica is a smoke free premises.
Yes, our water is filtered from the source and safe to drink. An additional Britta Filtration water jug is located in your cottage for further purification.

Each cottage comes equipped with two chilled bottles of ecofriendly water, welcome coffee and tea, dish soap, a new dish sponge, HE eco-friendly washing detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and body and hair products.
A US$500 security deposit will be held on your bank card on check-in. Security deposits are fully refundable on check-out provided there are no damages to the property.
You will receive a welcome email several days before your arrival from our reservations team. This will include your exact cottage address with directions. All King and Queen cottages have a wooden gate with the cottage address number adjacent. Enter through your cottage gate.
A member of staff will be there to greet you upon arrival to give you your keys, a quick tour of the grounds and answer any questions you might have. The Deluxe and Family Cottages are accessed via their front door.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on our entire property. Smoking in and on the property will fully absorb your security deposit. In addition, you may be liable for an additional deep cleaning fee if smoke odors are detected indoors.
Broken furniture/damaged fixtures and missing décor.
We understand that accidents happen; if anything happens during your stay, please mention it to a member of staff as soon as possible so that it can be attended to. Anything beyond reasonable wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.
No, however each cottage comes with a full kitchen equipped with everything needed to have a meal. BBQ grills are available by request.
No, we have beach toys, goggles, beach towels, and snorkel gear for your convenience.
At Botanica, every cottage is equipped with central air conditioning and installed dehumidifiers, ensuring a comfortable stay for all our valued guests.
Some guests find the short walk across the street no trouble at all. However, we always recommend you load up your Botanica provided beach gear (beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs, cooler box and snorkel gear) in a vehicle. Also, we don’t encourage guests with young children to walk to the beach as a safety precaution.
